Between taking care of my kids, managing The Style Coaching Agency, running La Peluca (Hair Wellness Center), and juggling various consultation gigs, life has been a rollercoaster ride. On top of that, there have been some personal matters in my family that required my attention and care. It was crucial for me to prioritize my mental health and create a space of tranquility and balance.
