Hi everyone,
With running and walking replacing my regular gym training session, staying motivated is a challenge. For me, the ultimate motivation source to stay active during this dark and uncertain time is how I look and feel in my athleisure gear. Not a huge fan of flats in general so finding the perfect pair of running shoes that are not only suitable for the job but also give me the confidence I need to feel good and pretty is everything. Lately, I have been using those Adidas running shoes and they checked all the boxes for me as far as comfort, style, and stability. Here are the top 5 reasons why I love these running shoes:
1- They are particularly stylish
I love the style of those shoes; hence I feel more excited about getting my workouts done every day.
2- They have enough toe width
Feet tend to swell throughout the day and especially when you run, and these shoes provide enough room in the toe box spacing that you do not feel any discomfort. Having enough room to wiggle your toes, is essential to avoiding those squished-in toes blisters.
3- They have the right arch
The arch contours to the shape of my foot, so I don’t need to insert any additional padding for a more customized fit.
4- They have a nice hold
My heels stay in place, so I don’t have to worry about them slipping. They also have a seamless upper that comfortably hugs the top of my foot, is smooth wherever it touches, so it does not cause chafing anywhere.
5-They feel firm and flex right
Pillow cushions feel nice but still firm enough to help me feel secure on the ground. Having just recovered from a back injury, they definitely help minimizing stress on my stabilizing muscles. As for the flex, they bend at the same place as my feet.
Coming back from a recent injury with limited help during the recovery process due to the pandemic I have to be extremely cautious during exercise and having a nice pair of running shoes that checks all the boxes has become a must to help me get back on track with my daily active routine so I am glad I came across these pair.

You definitely need to replace your running shoes at least every year – Expert say every 4 to 6 months or every 500 miles 🙂
