ChicWish Review: Return & refund Policy

Can you tell I am having fun with this ChicWish series? But wait, I am losing my manners. How are you doing? I hope everyone is well. I am excited to see that some COVID-19 related restrictions are being removed in some countries (UK, Mexico) and I am looking forward to seeing others follow. Anyway, we are here for the fashion so let’s get right into it?

I am particularly in love with this caramel maze embossed high neck top. the color is everything. Also, I also love the crocodile embossed faux leather skirt and let me tell you that I rarely come across such high-quality faux leather. Only a trained eye can tell that this is a faux-leather material. Kudos!

With that said, I never returned anything to ChicWish before because I always loved everything I ordered and they always fit especially back in the days when I was a size L (8-10). Now that I am 00, the pieces are a little loose but it was to be expected as their smallest size is a perfect size 2 but they are worth the alteration because all the pieces are very well made.

Returns & Refunds

Processing time is 3 to 4 business days before shipment and you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out. Orders are delivered within 8 to 12 business days once your order has been shipped. You can return any item for a refund within 30 days from the date you receive it but you can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached, and have the original packaging. US customers receive shipping labels for the return and the shipping label cost is $8 and will be deducted from the refund payment. You can also use your return label at your own cost. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Chicwish store credit or the original payment account per your request. Now if you receive a defective item, all you have to do is contact them and they will immediately ship a new replacement to you and it won’t be necessary to return the defective one.
