Exfoliation helps to remove dead skin cells and impurities, refreshing and rejuvenating your skin by removing some of the top layers. That makes them a good choice if you also have acne scarring because they could restore smoother skin for you. Having several of these treatments can give you better results too.

These range from your diet to how much sleep you get.
