Today’s post was supposed to be a big announcement for me as of where I am heading in my blogging journey. However, I decided that I have some more homework to do before sharing that big news with you. But please be patient, I should be ready to tell within the next week or two.
Back to fashion, has it ever happened to you to wake up one morning and not be sure of what you are going to wear to work?
With 3 toddlers waiting for me at home every single afternoon, it tends to happen quite often. I now frequently visit that section of my closet (mentioned in a previous post available here) and that dress is one of my 3 top options when I am in a rush and not sure of what to wear. I like the cut of it and while it is just a simple dress, I find it to fit me right; it is elegant and quite a statement. Maybe it has something to do with that gold zipper accent in the front? Anyway, I also think this is one of those dresses that would flatter any figure.
I always pair it with a nice scarf because I never find a blazer that does it justice- and I love blazers – I tried it with many of them but nothing seem to go with it or complement its prettiness. When you think that a blazer is usually used to take any outfit to the next level, it is quite the opposite in this particular case. At last, with that the gold zipper, I tend to go with gold, nude and/or mustard accessories with a red lipstick.

I love this dress! And perfect with the scarf since it adds to it without taking all the attention away from the cute cut of the dress!
I do have some outfits that I reach for when I do not know what to wear but I am going to challenge myself to create new outfits from my closet this coming month!
