Fast forward to 2021, I was so excited when I received the collaboration emails and my excitement doubled when I found out that they actually expand their inventory where any style personality is sure to find something they love: any type of current clothing items + the usual maxi, midi skirts, dresses and feminine tops I love.
Shipping
If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, you can easily contact their Customer Service Team. Easy Returns and Exchanges
If you’re dissatisfied with a purchase from Chicwish, you can send it back to them within 40 calendar days for an exchange or return. For your convenience, they have logistics agents handling returns and exchanges in three countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Quality
Chicwish stands behind the quality of its products. If you receive items that are defective or with flaws, from a small hole or tear to a broken thread or seam, just email them know and they will arrange for a free return or replacement item. Refund
They issue refunds in your original payment method or store credit based on your preference. To contact their Customer Service Team about a refund or a store credit refund, please send your Order Inquiry#Your Order Number to support@chicwish.com to ensure a timely reply.

Their Customer Service Team is always ready to assist you with any questions or concerns. Although their might sometimes be busy, especially during peak shopping seasons, if you send them an email, they always reply within 1 business day.
