Chicwish Review: Processing, Shipping & Delivery process at Chicwish

I don’t know if you have noticed but we have yet another Chicwish collaboration. Since it’s been a year since our first collaboration, I figure that it is time to talk a little bit about my personal experience with this shopping retailer.

I discovered Chicwish back in 2014 amongst the international blogger community. I was impressed by Lizzie In Lace at the time and decided to give it a try. Little did I know that my first order was the beginning of a long-time relationship. I was not only impressed with the quality of their products but also I was sure to find those unique pieces inspired by the bygone era anytime I wanted to embrace the romantic style of my personality.

Life happened and I took a break from shopping altogether. Fast forward to 2021, I was so excited when I received the collaboration emails and my excitement doubled when I found out that they actually expand their inventory where any style personality is sure to find something they love: any type of current clothing items + the usual maxi, midi skirts, dresses and feminine tops I love.

Shipping

If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, you can easily contact their Customer Service Team. Easy Returns and Exchanges

If you’re dissatisfied with a purchase from Chicwish, you can send it back to them within 40 calendar days for an exchange or return. Quality

Chicwish stands behind the quality of its products. Refund

They issue refunds in your original payment method or store credit based on your preference.  To contact their Customer Service Team about a refund or a store credit refund, please send your Order Inquiry#Your Order Number to support@chicwish.com to ensure a timely reply.

Their Customer Service Team is always ready to assist you with any questions or concerns.
