Hi everyone,
This photoshoot was a challenge. Since the twins were born I have been wanting to make a family photoshoot in PJs. Christmas family pictures in their pajamas has been a trend for a few years now. They look so effortlessly beautiful on Pinterest and Instagram that I thought it would be a piece of cake. Actually it was, until it was time to gather together and actually take the photos.
The process was easy, I found a great deal on Black Friday and everything arrived in less than a week. @MJphotography made the process very easy for us. She came home and set up the studio to ease the process for the twins. Arrived on time – right after a previous photoshoot with Farah (Vonvon). Everyone was ready before the set-up was ready so things started turning sour. The twins started to undo everything that was done. Aubrey joined the party as she thought it was actually fun. By the time we were ready to shoot, I was sweating and exhausted. Then came the challenge to keep the twins still and smiling. To their defense it was nap time but I was expected them to be more cooperative in helping mommy making memories for everyone (but mostly for mom).
So I thought it would be fun to share the outcome with you because now that I got over my disappointment I actually find them quite funny. Kudos to @MJPhotography not to have given up on us although she knew what she was signing up for.
