My 2020 Summer Fragrances Picks

Hi everyone,

The season of wearing less is here, which means it’s the time to wear all your citrus, floral, and airy scents to the front of your vanity and spritz on a summer adventure. Personally, I enjoy sweet perfumes so finding the balanced blends of sweet, fresh, and floral that are bright enough to get noticed and subtle enough to spritz in the summer heat can definitely be a challenge. Digging into my private collection, I found 12 summer “approved” fragrances for different occasions and I thought of sharing with you.

  

3 Signature “approved” scents (office friendly)

1- Chanel Chance: all the collect – my favorites from the line are the original EDP & EDT.

2- Guerlain Mon Guerlain: I prefer the original but I wish the longevity was better.

3- Dolce & Gabbana Pour Femme: Very classy and elegant

6 all time summer scents 

1- Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue: EDT or the intense version

2- Giorgio Armani Acqua Di Gioia: I love this. This is what summer looks like to me and it is a crowd pleaser.

3- Gucci Eau de Parfum II: That one is discontinued but I want to finish the bottle. A nice alternative for summer is Gucci Bamboo or Flora.

4- Chanel Coco Mademoiselle: I think I like this one just because it is Chanel if I am being honest. I am more a fan of the Chance lines as well as Allure (all of them), Pure Poison and Addict (blue bottle). Actually pure poison is a good summer scent.

5- Yves Saint Laurent Mon Paris : Very sweet and fruity

6-Versace Crystal Lines: My favorite from the line is Crystal Noir EDT. I also have Bright Crystal which is a nice summer scent as well.

 3 Date night summer scents

1-Elie Saab Girl of Now: The pistachio note reminds me of ice cream.

2-Giorgio Armani Sì Fiori: Actually Si or any of its flankers would work. My favorite from that line is Si Passione.

3- Lancome La nuit Tresor: It’s very sweet but light enough for those summer nights in my personal opinion.
