Hi everyone
A New Year’s resolution is a tradition in which a person resolves to continue good practices, change an undesired trait or behavior, to accomplish a personal goal, or otherwise improve their life. When I published the “2019 year end reflection and review” post, I noticed some comments stating it was non-achievable to set your mind on something and actually work hard to achieve it. So today, I would like to share some tips, based on my personal experience, on how you make the “new year, new me” into a reality. I actually prefer “new year, better me”.
So what’s work for me is not to go over 5 new goals per year so I can also improve, if need be, whatever goals I I have not fully achieved the previous year. I also try to review every month (some of them are being reviewed almost daily: hair, health, weight, workout) to ensure that I am on track or at least make some progress. So today I am sharing my top 5 2020 goals with you:
- Create more time for the kids;
- Spend more quality time with hubby (we always together as we have been lucky enough to work full-time together but we need to go out more often);
- More savings;
- Increase my clientele base & stabilized my consultancy services;
- Generate more revenue from the blog.
Follow-up from last year goals:
- Healthy lifestyle: Keep my weight down between 110 lbs.-115lbs. (currently 113lbs.) and be more disciplined in my workouts.
- Healthy Hair Journey: I exceeded my hair length goals of bra-strap to something between mid-back and waist length. I want to fully reach waist length and to maintain them healthy.

What about you? Did you archive all or part of your 2019 goals? What is your ultimate goal for 2020? Comment below. I would love to know. And again, best wishes for the new decade.
Thanks for stopping by.
